Performance Management Bluetree will work in partnership with you to design new or evaluate existing Performance Management processes that will link individual, team and organisational objectives to improve overall business performance. Performance Management is about thinking strategically to ensure that individuals and teams are working towards overall improved business performance. We at Bluetree believe that it is a shared organisation wide activity but that Line Managers have a key role to play in managing employee performance. Bluetree can provide training to Line Managers that ensures they support and develop employee performance, either by coaching or identification of other training and development interventions. The key success criteria in introducing Performance Management are: • Being clear about what is meant by performance • Knowing what the organisation is and needs to be • Focus on the benefits to individuals’ and how they can play their part • A tool for line managers’ and so success depends on their ability. |
