Bluetree has completed a successful programme of Leadership and Management Development with JBA Consulting. JBA is a successful consultancy which has grown rapidly since its inception in 1995.The business had grown rapidly and directors at the company realised it was time to take stock and provide all leaders with an opportunity to reflect on their work and look forward to the future.The programme bluetree developed provided all leaders with foundation skills in management and leadership, raised self awareness with the help of the MBTI, and provided a unique opportunity for delegates to share knowledge.The programme had the added advantage of providing JBA's directors with an opportunity to revisit and revamp the company values.

Bluetree have recently moved to a new base within an awarded winning development, a few hundred yards from the shores of Windermere. The studio provides an excellent focus for our work.  The beautiful surroundings inspire both ourselves and our clients to create exceptional solutions.  The studio provides both a small fully equipped learning room and a quiet space for 1:1 coaching

Bluetree is currently involved in an exciting local project to bring a coaching culture to a secondary school. The project involves all levels of the school young people and staff alike.
