 Mike Ready is an experienced facilitator, coach and consultant specialising in the use of his own on line system of 360° feedback to improve the performance of individuals and organisations (www.compass360.net). Mike's qualifications include a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies, a Certificate in Counselling, and a Certificate in Coaching. He is also qualified to Levels A&B in psychometric testing and Step 2 in MBTI profiling. Mike worked in both the public and private sectors in training and commercial management for fifteen years before becoming the managing director of a leading management consultancy for a further ten years.
