This programme is suitable for managers, aspiring coaches, HR professionals. The Award can also be expanded on to complete a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring or the Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, this is available as a combination of distance learning, teleconference work and face to face sessions.

1:1 coaching – We offer 1:1 coaching both to individuals who approach us independently and to individuals within organisations. This coaching more often than not has a significant affect on the individual’s life. Invariably individuals end their coaching more in control, able to be decisive, assertive, on time, organised, relaxed, happy.
