Solution: A three day Leadership and Management Development programme spread over four months provided a great opportunity for delegates to attend one day at a time, reflect on their current knowledge and skill and to learn new ones. The Managers then took their learning from each day and made changes to their performance back in the work place. It is this opportunity to take knowledge, skills and behavioural change and transfer it to the workplace before being challenged again on how things are going which makes Bluetree’s approach successful.
