Need: Coaching is a fantastic skill which managers, teachers or anyone who is looking to develop others need to master. Many of our clients are now looking for excellent developmental programmes and national accreditation.
Solution: We have designed an accredited programme at level 5 (degree). The programme is run over three individual days, providing delegates with ample opportunity between training days to practice.
Result: Coaching skills, knowledge and behaviours are developed so that delegates are competent to coach others to achieve excellence in their chosen discipline. This work leads to satisfaction for those coaching and better results for the individuals.
