Simon Whalley is the founder of and a senior consultant for bluetree. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a member of the CMI and an accredited Coach with the AC. He has 20 years of experience in the field of personal and organisational development. His qualifications include an MBA, a Certificate in Coaching and a Training Diploma. Simon has worked in the private, public and voluntary sectors in developmental and managerial positions. Simon believes in creating sustainable, fantastic organisations that people want to work for. When not working he can be found out and about in the Lake District or surfing (often in Devon and Cornwall). Back
